Having Issues with your FCPS Laptop? 

Fill out a Request IT ticket so the Tech Team can help you solve the issue. We are unable to provide replacements or fix a laptop without a RequestIT of the issue. You will need to provide your child's name, ID number and password, as well as explain the problem with the laptop. Our response time is up to 24 hours.
